MINIMALIST
The "Minimalist" package starts with a working consultation lasting 2 – 2.5 hours.
A design2space, inc. consultant will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.
The home staging process begins with surveying the exterior of the home, then continuing inside as a buyer would to gather those all-important first impressions.
We will rearrange accessories, move furniture, pick paint colors if necessary, etc., as we walk room by room. The homeowner will be given a detailed report to complete the transformation
on their own.
CLEAN LINES
The "Clean Lines" package is perfect for those who need advice + design implementation in small areas.
The package includes a consultation similar to the "Minimalist" package in addition to a return visit and four more hours of home staging. This service is for those who prefer the professionals at design2space, inc. to complete the transformation.
A design2space, inc. consultant starts by walking through the home to take notes and photos for the staging plan. Working within the homeowner’s budget, the consultant will recommend renting/purchasing staging items for the homeowner. The consultant will recommend paint colors or cosmetic changes if necessary.
THE LUXE
The "Luxe" package starts with a consultation, photos and a detailed plan. This service is for homeowners who prefer the experts at design2space, inc. to complete the process.
This is similar to the "Clean Lines" package but will include 6 hours of home staging and 4 hours of shopping using the home owner’s budget.
